CHANGEOVER DAYS ARE FRIDAYS OR MONDAYS for 7 NIGHT BREAKS OR MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS FOR SHORT BREAKS. (Christmas and New Year changeover days may vary.)

For late availability bookings (within 4 weeks) and Christmas dates, we may be able to be flexible with changeover days so please contact us to discuss your preferred dates.

20% booking deposit (minimum of £50.00) with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

This popular holiday let can get booked up far in advance so if you have dates in mind message us now.

Bookings 2026. We are now open for bookings with our first guests being 15th May 2026

£100 Housekeeping /damage deposit will be requested with your balance.

We do allow dogs in bedroom but if you are going to do this, even if your dogs do not climb on the bed, bedding can get hairy and we find additional cleaning is required. We therefore ask that you either bring your own bedding with you or pay an additional £20 and we will provide bedding for you. Selection can be made within the online booking form.

Special 10% discount off the below prices for our first year of opening May 2026 to 2nd April 2027 bookings. 

We are offering this special discount due to the fact that the grounds appearance around the property are not tidy as we would wish it to look and our own property is still work in progress so may have the occasional delivery or trades onsite to help finish it off although we do a lot of the works ourselves. Our property is over 200m away from the holiday property. If you have any concerns, please speak to us.
